Significant to say the least. A profound process of self-discovery and growth. Sally is an expert, committed and completely professional. I always feel like Sally is fully present and fully invested in me.
The coaching sessions are always intense and focused. There is never a lull, we always get stuck in from the minute we start and get immersed in the topic for the day. The sessions are empowering, emotional at times and uplifting. I have benefited from understanding myself better. Appreciating myself for everything I am. Through the sessions I have realised how much I have to offer myself and offer people in my life. I am learning that it is OK to shine. I am learning to trust myself. I am learning and practicing being present in my life.
I met Sally when I was going through a very difficult time in my life. I was out at sea with no joy. I was being drained by negative energy. Sally has been an incredible support base through some seriously challenging times. The sessions are thought provoking. The sessions have facilitated me to allow my better version to come forward. I am challenging fixed mind sets I previously had. I am more tolerant. The sessions have facilitated me allowing myself to show up and belong. I had no idea what coaching was about, Sally changed that.
Sally knows stuff, she is worldly and very knowledgeable. Sally has integrity. The sessions facilitated me meeting a version of myself that I like. Thank you Sally.

C. Everett Koop said “Life affords no greater responsibility, no greater privilege, than raising of the next generation”.
Parenting is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do. I wish there was an inbred knowledge of how to deal with the many needs of our children - but there isn’t. We do a lot with our best intentions, but sometimes our own thought processes are hindering rather than empowering. Parent coaching offered by Sally afforded me the opportunity to let go of the blame and guilt, and instead provided me with the support and reassurance that I needed as an individual. It provided me with an understanding of my child, and made me question what could I possibly be doing differently to help him? I learnt that it’s not only children who grow, but parents who do too - and it's ok to ask for help!

While I find it difficult to capture the overall essence of the sessions, I thought It would be better to elaborate on the things that have helped me personally. If I were to simply say that my sessions were great, that would be a severe injustice to express how good of a coach Sally really is.
While in my first session I felt apprehensive and even skeptical about seeing a life coach, subsequently I have found a great deal of value emanating from my sessions. Having completed about nine sessions to date, I have successfully implemented what I have learned into my daily life.
Sally started our process by teaching me sound theoretical principles and has also helped me find examples from my life to better understand these theories. This started the process of coming to grips with where my confidence and self-esteem issues stem from. As a scientist I am driven by the need for evidenced-based practice and practical ways to implement theories. Sally has helped me in this process and has provided me with practical tools/methods to better understand and implement the theories that I have learned. These tools have provided the essential platform for the transformation that I have noticed while also allowing me to better understand how my circumstances have shaped me into the man I am today. The tools she has provided have allowed me to detect and realise signs of past (negative) behaviours/thinking, and allow me to change this destructive way of thinking to better carry myself and boost self-esteem.
Sally has provided me a wonderful space that allows me to drop my guard and to be completely honest and open. Not once have I felt judgement nor self-conscious about opening up to her. I believe the successful implementation of my sessions into my everyday life is attributable to the above principles and her efforts. Since I started my sessions with Sally, I have seen and continue to see improvements in the way that I conduct and carry myself, both at work and in social settings. I feel more confident in myself and my abilities and very rarely do I experience the lows that drove me to seek self-esteem and confidence coaching.
On a personal note, Sally is the most wonderful human being. A kind and caring lady that has had my best interest at heart since our first session. She has helped me through some difficult times and has continued to support me and be at my side whenever needed. She is a phenomenal coach and I would recommend her to any who may benefit from self-esteem and confidence coaching.

I have known Sally for over 15 years. She has coached me and my children over the years in many different circumstances. Her approach has always been non-judgemental and kind. One of the things I value most about Sally’s coaching is her professionalism and confidentiality. Also, she gives sound advice that comes from years of experience in her field but also from her own experience as a mother, wife and daughter.
I have found Sally to be compassionate and empathetic. My many hours with Sally have made me interested in seeing things from a different angle. She has encouraged me to do various courses with her that all relate to self-esteem and personal growth. As a Wellness Coach I have recommended Sally to many of my clients and friends because I see the enormous value she adds to children and adults.
Sally is well-read and takes her coaching role in the community very seriously. She understands family dynamics better than anyone I know. Her years at Life Talk gave her insights into current situations in our country with teenagers and how they fit in (or not!). In a world that has challenges around every corner, we all need help on different levels. Sally is this person for me!
Sally feels strongly that adults that are emotionally in touch and aware raise children that have high self-esteem and know who they are. Her passion for this aspect of her coaching is evident in her sessions. Sally has taught me practical tools, valuable lessons and insights about myself that I had never considered before. Not only is she a good listener, but she knows how to interact with her clients in a meaningful way. I’m forever grateful for my time spent with Sally, especially the last few years, in my late forties where I was lacking joy and meaning and she helped me find my way back to myself.
