When people continually interact with and impact on one another, it is not always easy to maintain meaningful relationships. There is definitely no on-size-fits-all for parenting, which is why it is my intention to discover a suitable parenting solution to fit your own family dynamic, and uncover where you may be experiencing disconnect.
There are 2 tracks to Parenting Prosperity. The intentional track and the restorative track. Your unique family’s situation will decide which track you start with, but ultimately both tracks lead you to Parenting Prosperity! I also offer confidential online Coach4Parents growth groups that are engaging, insightful and affordable.
When we do things with intention, we do them better. Together, we will define what parenting means to you, and set your parenting goals and establish the values you would like to incorporate in your parenting in order to reach them. We will create an inclusive family mission statement and explore ways to ‘live’ that mission.
Because our own upbringing my affect the way in which we parent, we will also focus on cultivating parent self-awareness. We delve into a level of introspection that will help you understand your own experiences growing up and how these might impact your personal parenting style, and explore how the way you communicate influences your parenting style.
Through restorative parenting, we will explore potential areas for growth as well as develop practical solutions for you and your family. We will try and uncover what your child may be communicating through inappropriate behaviour, navigate the tricky territory of your changing role as a parent, and importantly, set and implement compassionate boundaries for both you and your child.
I understand that this challenge may leave you feeling tired, anxious and defeated, which makes effective parenting all the more difficult. It’s my job to help you manage those emotions and nourish the connection you have with yourself, so that you can improve the connection you have with your child.
Caring4Parents provides mental and emotional support for parents, who I believe may be the most neglected sector of society. Parents are tasked with the demanding responsibility of raising the future generation, often without any previous experience or training, and very little support. Caring4Parents intends to address this through helpful tips & tools, latest research findings regarding stressors affecting parents, and monthly coaching sessions.
The Covid-19 pandemic has highlighted how parents are often stretched to capacity whether it be financially, emotionally, mentally or physically, or a combination of them all. If parents are to care for their children effectively, we need to care for our parents.
"When parents prosper, families thrive!"
Anyone can join Caring4Parents, however, I highly recommend joining if you are a parent and are:
Feeling fatigued
Irritable and frustrated
Feeling alone and overwhelmed
Feeling disconnected from loved ones
Experiencing a lack of support in your role as a parent
By joining the Facebook group, you will receive regular content containing helpful guidance and valuable insights.
Subscribe to my monthly emailing list to get exclusive online support, recommended readings and videos, and more.
Coach4Parents is an online confidential platform where you are invited to share your real parenting experiences in a safe and non-judgemental environment. These sessions are conducted monthly in small groups. Expert, affordable advice will be offered where you will also be encouraged to pool and share in collective parenting wisdom.
Coach4Parents follows the processess outlined in The Parent Triad ©, an accessible tool that equips parents with ways to prioritise their personal self-care in order to care for others. I firmly believe that the best gift we can give to our children is prioritising our own mental, physical and spiritual health. For this reason, while Coach4Parents will support you in your role as a parent, it will also support you in all of your other roles too.
