“सहेली महिला मण्डल” यह संस्था मेरे लिए एक मिशन हैं. जिसे में उसके अंजाम तक पहुंचाकर रहूँगा. कई सालों से दिल में आग सी लगी थी कि महिलाओ पर हो रहे अत्याचारों को कैसे रोकूँ या फिर इन महिलाओ कि कैसे सहायता करूँ, चुकी मैं अकेले तो ये काम नहीं कर सकता था मुझे लोगों का साथ चाहिए था और वो मुझे नहीं मिला. एक बार मैंने अपनी पत्नी श्रीमती पूजा जाटव से महिलाओ के बारे में अपनी सोच रखी, अब मैं हम हो गए थे यानि अब इस मिशन के लिए दो लोग काम करने को तैयार थे. लेकिन हमने सोचा कि हम अपने साथ और महिलाओं को जोड़ेंगे और फिर हमने एक महिला मण्डल बनाने कि सोची, अब होता किया है कि हमारे समाज में एक अजीब सी परेशानी है हम किसी से भी जुड़ने के लिए कहते तो महिलाओं या फिर उनके पतियों के द्वारा एक ही बात पूंछी जाति कि फायदा किया होगा. सच तो ये है कि जिसके ऊपर जब भी कोई आफत आती है तभी उसे लगता है कि कुछ करना चाहिए. अमूमन लोग लालची हो गये है वे हर चीज में पैसा देखते हैं, लेकिन 2 अक्टूबर 2018 को बड़ी मेहनत के बाद 9 – 10 महिलाओं ने एक संस्था कि शुरुआत कि और छोटे मोटे कार्यक्रम करने लगीं और हिस्सा लेने लगीं. अब यह संख्या 30 के पार हो गई है (लिखते समय) और अब महिलाएं खुद व् खुद जुड़ रहीं है और मीटिंग / सेमिनारों में हिस्सा ले रहीं है. मेरा सपना था के समाज के लिए कुछ करें खास कर महिलाओं के लिए, मेरे सपने को और ऊंचाई दी मेरे सहयोगी संतोष कुमार जी, राजेश कुमार जी, विजय कुमार जी ने, इस संस्था का नाम भी संतोष कुमार जी ने ही सुझाया था और फिर महिलाओं में से एक ने इसका प्रस्ताव समिति के समक्ष रखा और इसे रजिस्ट्रार के द्वारा पंजीकृत कर दिया गया.

साथियों हम तो बस इन सभी महिलायों के पीछे है जब भी ये हम सभी को आदेश करेंगी हम उसका पालन करेंगे येसा हमने संकल्प किया है. कोई भी चीज बिना अर्थ के व्यर्थ है हर मिशन में सोच, काम, लगन आदि के अलाबा भी एक और चीज कि आबश्यकता पड़ती है और बो है आर्थिक मदद. आज "सहेली महिला मण्डल" को आर्थिक सहायता कि बहुत जरुरत है इनकी सहायता करें और सामाजिक कार्यों में ये जो नि:शुल्क शिक्षा, नि:शुल्क क़ानूनी सहायता, पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरूकता, महिलाओं / बलिकायों पर हो रहे अत्याचारों कि लड़ाई लड़ना आदि कार्य कर रहे है वास्ताव में ये सामाजिक उत्थान के लिए अति अवश्यक हैं.

The truth is that whenever there is any disagreement over it, then he feels that something should be done. Generally people are greedy, they see money in everything, but after hard work on October 2, 2018, 9-10 women started an institution and started taking small chunks and started taking part. Now this number has crossed 30 (while writing) and now the women themselves are joining themselves and are participating in meetings / seminars. My dream was to do something for the society, especially for women, my dream was extended to my colleague Santosh Kumar, Rajesh Kumar Ji, Vijay Kumar ji, the name of this institution was also suggested by Santosh Kumar ji and then One of the women kept this proposal before the committee and it was registered by the registrar.

Companions, we are just behind all these women, whenever we will order them all, we will follow it. We have resolved this. Anything is meaningless without meaning. In every mission there is a need for things like thinking, work, passion, etc. One more thing is the need and the bo is financial help. Today, the "Saheli Mahila Mandal" is a financial aid that is very much needed to help them and those who work in social work for free education, free legal aid, awareness of the environment, fight against atrocities on women / forces etc. In the event of this, it is very essential for social uplift.
