SAGBUCO ES KICKS OFF SCIENCE AND MATH MONTH 2024
Sagbuco Elementary School enthusiastically launched its annual Science and Math Month celebration on September 2, 2024, aligning with the Department of Education's theme: "Siyensya, Teknolohiya at Inobasyon: Kabalikat sa Matatag, Maginhawa, at Panatag na Kinabukasan" (Science, Technology, and Innovation: Partners for a Stable, Comfortable, and Secure Future).This year's celebration aimed to highlight the pivotal role of science, technology, and innovation in building a more resilient and prosperous nation. The school's activities were designed to inspire students to explore the vast possibilities that these fields offer and to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to a sustainable future.The kick-off program featured a lively trivia contest where learners were challenged to answer questions related to science and math concepts. Teachers prepared a variety of questions to test the students' knowledge and encourage critical thinking. Prizes were awarded to the learners who demonstrated exceptional skills and quick recall.The Science and Math Month celebration will continue throughout the month of September, with weekly trivia contests held during the flag ceremony. This interactive format will provide students with regular opportunities to practice their knowledge and sharpen their problem-solving abilities.A grand culmination program is scheduled to take place at the end of the month, where exciting activities are to take place.
