INSET

In alignment with DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2024 and in compliance with DM-OUHROD-2306, Sagbuco Elementary School successfully conducted its School-Based In-Service Training (INSET) from November 25-29, 2024. This professional development initiative aimed to enhance teachers’ subject-area content knowledge, pedagogy, and instructional effectiveness. 

The INSET 2024 was designed to:

• Equip teachers with updated instructional strategies and methodologies.

• Strengthen subject content knowledge and classroom management skills.

• Provide opportunities for professional growth through participation in various Professional Development (PD) programs.

• Foster collaboration among teachers through a learning expertise session.

All teaching personnel actively engaged in the training sessions, completing the required evaluative assessments and reflective questions at the end of each day. These reflections provided valuable insights into the effectiveness of the training and its applicability to classroom instruction.
