On June 5–7, 2025, teachers from Sagbuco Elementary School actively participated in the 3-day District Seminar-Workshop held at Balanghai Hotel and Convention Center. The activity focused on the implementation of Executive Order No. 174, also known as the Expanded Career Progression System for Public School Teachers. 

The workshop aimed to orient teachers on the new career pathways, qualification standards, and promotion mechanisms under EO 174. Through lectures, breakout sessions, and collaborative activities, the participants deepened their understanding of how the system empowers teachers to grow professionally while aligning with the broader goals of quality education. 

The school’s participation in this capacity-building initiative underscores its commitment to continuous teacher development and excellence in public service.
