All athletes are required to attend the first practice of each new session to ensure that they do not miss our safety protocol review.
Do not come to practice if ill or injured.
Training Team & Team Sender One Comp Team
All athletes are required to attend the first practice of each new session to ensure that they do notmiss our safety protocol review.
Each athlete is expected to attend practices a minimum of 2x/wk. We strongly encourage 3x/wk.
In order to get most out of the training curriculum we expect athletes to be present for at least 80% of their practice days.
Do not come to practice if ill or injured.
All children must check in at the front desk when they arrive for practice. If you don’t already have a scan card, see the front desk to be assigned one. At the beginning and end of practice, a parent or guardian must formally check in/out their climber by finding the coach and initialing that day’s roster.
All athletes are expected to be on time for warm ups and huddle which start at the beginning of practice time and run for the first 15 minutes. In an effort to prevent injury, any child who is 15 minutes or more late will not be able to participate in practice, as they will have missed an integral part of practice to ensure they are warm enough for practice.
All children are expected to be picked up by a parent or guardian by the end of practice. If a parent/guardian arrives 15 minutes after the end of practice, families will be charged a $20 late fee. If you are running late, please contact your facility and let them know your anticipated pick up time. If we don’t hear from you, emergency protocol will commence.
Please be advised that coaches are not responsible for children before or after practice times. If you choose to stay after practice, climbers under the age of 14 are required to be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Youth Program members will be automatically billed on the first of each month. Upon transitioning into Recreational or Advanced Teams, a credit/debit card must be stored on the member's files by the first day of practice.
Recreational Team Dues:
1 practice/week = $214/month
2 practices/week = $289/month
New Rec team members will be charged a one-time enrollment fee of $59.
Should your family terminate from the program and wish to re-enroll on a future date, the re-enrollment fee will be $39.
Exception: If leaving for the Summer season only and returning at the start of the following Fall season, the re-enrollment fee is $0.
We will only prorate your climber’s membership in the following circumstances:
If you start climbing at Sender One mid-session
If your practice is affected by a Sender One community event
For any class that is missed due to injury.
We do not offer credits or refunds for mid-session cancellations or unexpected absences. Please review our make-up policy for how we handle missed practices. We will offer a prorated credit for any class that is missed due to injury.
We provide all necessary climbing equipment to each climber at no additional cost during the designated class times only.
