Make-ups

Sender One Team Members may accrue makeup credits for any excused absences. In order for an absence to be excused, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Absence does not exceed the seasonal excused absence limit (4 Make-Ups per Session [i.e. Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring]).

• Absences are encouraged to be notified in advance.

• Make-ups are only available to active Youth Program Members; make-ups cannot be scheduled following membership termination.

• Make-up requests must be received during active office hours if requesting for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday make-up practices. Walk-in make-ups are not allowed.

  • Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 10:00am-3:00pm 

Makeup credits must be used during the session/season during which they were accrued. Makeup credits do not roll over to the next session.
*Only absences in the last two weeks of the session can be made up in the following session.
