How to recover from a bricked BIOS.
Boot from backup BIOS, flick the BIOS Switch back to main BIOS and then Q-Flash the BIOS
"T" BIOS are test versions. They include tweaks from R&D team are experimenting with. They are likely less stable and may contain features/settings that never make it to a final version. Only use if you are comfortable adjusting advanced BIOS settings.
"F" BIOS are beta versions. They include the latest fixes & AGESA code. They should be more stable than "T" versions. Use this if you want to test the latest AGESA code.
When your board is in dual BIOS mode it will re-flash your BIOS with the image on the backup BIOS if it cannot boot.
IE BIOS A = Bad BIOS (F5), BIOS B=Backup (F4). If will try and boot off A. If it fails and cannot boot even at default it will flash B -> A. Now both BIOS should be F4. If you do not want this to happen switch to single BIOS mode.
To access the BIOS Press Del key after powering on the computer.

Updated gaming 5 x370 to F5 bios. A strange thing happened when I tried to get the memory to run at 2966 (or whatever it is). It failed to boot and then removed my F5 bios and went back to F5d. Booted itself to Windows 10 and told me the "firmware needed to be reinstalled" so I said yes to it.......1 hour later it still had a "rebooting in 5 seconds" message on screen. Had no choice but to restart, luckily it posted to F5D, once it loaded windows10 again I @BIOSed it to BIOS version F5. Worked after that but was a bit scary.
How is the CPU microcode changed ?
