Command Ranks
Commander (CMDR): Controls the branch. Ability to promote up to Colonel.
Vice Commander (VCMDR): Assists the CMDR in Running the branch. May promote up to Lieutenant Colonel & Unlocks SZ: Commander whitelist.
Officer Ranks
Colonel (COL): Leads lower rank officers. Ability to promote up to Captain.
Lieutenant Colonel (LTC): Leads lower rank officers. Ability to promote up to First Lieutenant.
Major (MAJ): Ability to promote up to 2LT.
Captain (CPT): Ability to promote up to SGTMAJ - Unlocks SZ: Officer whitelist - Eligible for 104th/KGB Commissioner
First Lieutenant (1LT): Eligible for 104th/KGB Vice Commissioner
Second Lieutenant (2LT): Ability to host SZ tryouts. Ability to host DB and stand on stage when no higher officer is online. Must be in 104th.
Enlisted/NCO Ranks

Sergeant Major (SGTMAJ): Must be in 104th if they are to proceed to 2LT. 2 day promotion cooldown.
Master Gunnery Sergeant (MGYSGT): 1 day promotion cooldown.
Master Sergeant (MSGT): 1 day promotion cooldown.
Gunnery Sergeant (GYSGT): Ability to apply for 104th. 1 1/2 day promotion cooldown.
Staff Sergeant (SSGT): Unlocks KGB: Scout whitelist and ability to be picked for KGB (requires training, must be recruited to KGB). 1 day promotion cooldown.
Sergeant (SGT): Unlocks SZ: Marksman whitelist (requires training) - Unlocks SZ: NCO whitelist. 1 day promotion cooldown.

Corporal (CPL): Unlocks SZ: Pointman whitelist. 1 day promotion cooldown.
Lance Corporal (LCPL): Nothing. 1 day promotion cooldown.

Within Spetsnaz, there are 2 special forces divisions.

Special Operations, Infiltration, Elite Combat Skills and Weaponry
Special Forces Commissars/Commissioners are to be assigned by a SZ VCMDR+ or Branch General. Only VCOM/COM can do promotions for THEIR specified branch, and VCOM's are given the exception to use the Promotion Form, ONLY for promotions within their SF, found on the Officer Handbook, if not a CPT+ in SZ. However, SZ VCMDR+ can promote to ANY SF rank.

Spetsnaz Training - 2 Strike Basis
*** Spetsnaz CPT+ may train/hold tryouts for new SZ ***
Teach them how to download and use TeamSpeak3 and connect to ts.gaminglight.com . Only SGT+ in Spetsnaz are required in TeamSpeak3 while on SZ.
Go over Faces - Failure = 1 strike
Go over each, explain what they mean and how to perform them.
Then give them 3 formations to do. All must be done in under 30 seconds:

Go over Formations (Do advanced ones as well - Box, Firing Lines, Diamonds, Loose and Tight Double Columns) - Failure = 1 strike *DONT STRIKE FOR THE ADVANCED FORMATIONS*
Physical Training
Make them run 5 laps around the Debrief
If they give up or don't do it, fail them automatically.
Must do target practice at the firing range - Failure = .5 strike per slip up
Give them orders and make sure they follow them well. We don't accept minges.
Ex. If they take their gun off safety without being told, fire without being told, etc.
Tell them to fire 3 consecutive magazines into the target on full auto, and then make sure they put their gun on safety when done.
Tell them to fire 1 magazine semi-auto or small bursts.
Analyze their spray pattern and accuracy.
Trigger discipline - Failure = .5 strike per slip up
Have them line up behind a barricade or a line and put a bullet hole in the wall infront of them at about chest height.
Inform them that you will run infront of them at they fire their rounds off, and they are to fire both magazines without hitting you more than 6 times. (aka each shot is 1/2 of a training strike. 3 strikes, they fail tryouts/training)
Have them fire 2 magazines full auto or semi auto into the area of that bullet hole.
Inform them of how to use radio, how to use the squad system, what jobs they unlock as they progress, and inform them of useful attachments and good guns/whitelists.
Teach them what 104th and KGB is and how to join them when they're eligible if they wish to join.
Failure to do any of this during training will result in a automatic demotion down to CPL (clearly you're not fit for NCO) and a strike.
If you are a SGT (NCO) or higher and need to be inactive on the server for 3 or more days, you are required to fill out this format in a new thread under the Spetsnaz section of the forums. Failure to do so and going inactive on the server will result in a removal from Spetsnaz without warning and/or notice.
Maximum Absence length is 1 week, anything past that requires permission from a VCMDR+ within Spetsnaz or a Russian BG+. Maximum Absence with permission is 1 month. Any longer and you will either be removed or demoted 1 rank and put on DNT/DNR (Do Not Touch/Do Not Remove)

We have a 3 strike system in Spetsnaz.
If you break any server rules or any of the following rules you will be given a strike or demoted/blacklisted depending on the severity of the slip up.
Disrespect a higher-up.
Use any profane/racist/sexist/any other discriminatory language or slurs.
Go inactive (Active = 2 hours on the server every 2 days AT A MINIMUM)
Minge (Not take your job seriously, break server rules consistently, etc.)
Shoot another Russian.
Not saluting Officers/CO's/Generals. (2LT+)
Not training Recruits. (2LT+)
Not being mature.
Not representing SZ well. (mainly 2LT+)
You can still be punished for doing something even if its not up here. VCMDR+ can remove without notice or public reason.
If you are a 2LT+ (Officer) and removed from a Special Forces division, you will have 3 days to regain a spot in that special forces before put back down to SGTMAJ.
