Major (MAJ): Can give PTL to RU Core & Can promote to 2LT

Captain (CPT): RU Officer Training/Whitelist, Can promote to Sergeant Major (SGM) & Host RU Core PT

First Lieutenant (1LT): Can strike enlisted and NCO's, Cannot promote

Second Lieutenant (2LT): Must attend RU Officer meetings, Can strike enlisted and NCO's, Cannot promote

Enlisted Ranks
Sergeant Major (SGM): Must be in TS

First Sergeant (1SG): Must be in TS

Master Sergeant (MSG): Must be in TS

Sergeant First Class (SFC): Can Apply for GRU & Must be in TS

Staff Sergeant (SSG): RU Combat Engineer Training/Whitelist & Must be in TS

Sergeant (SGT): RU Marksman Training/Whitelist

Corporal (CPL): Pointman Training/Whitelist & Must be in TS

Specialist (SPC): Nothing

Private First Class (PFC): Medic Training/WhitelistSpecialist (SPC) - Nothing

Private (PVT): RU Soldier Whitelist/Training

Job Training

Medic (PFC) - Show the new Medic how to use the med kit on themselves & others, Also show the new Medic how to use the defibrillators

Pointman (CPL) - Show the new Pointman how to use smokes correctly

Marksman (SGT) - Show the new marksman sniping spots around the map

RU Combat Engineer (SSG) - Show the new Combat Engineer how to use the Fortification Tablet and how to use it responsibly, also make sure to tell the new Combat Engineer to read the rules for the Fortification Tablet in the MOTD

GRU Classes (SFC) - All GRU jobs do different training that is in the RU Special Forces informational, Only Lieutenant Agent+ (LTA) and Lieutenant Colonel+ (LTC) can train for GRU

PT

Officers with the rank of Second Lieutenant (2LT) or higher are able to host PT for RU Core only. There should only be PT when RU has lost the war badly or RU soldier (s) are not listening to higher ups in any branch. It has to be a good reason for RU core to have to do physical training. Do not /advert PT for RU Core because of something petty. Having PT for something small will make the players leave the server and join another RU branch. The type of PT you host should depend on how the past war went, for example if core isn't doing good combat wise do a mandatory kill house session for their PT.
