During this spring '23 series we had 33 preK-12 educators join us from all over Rural Oregon representing Coos, Columbia, Malheur, Deschutes, Clatsop, Doouglas, Josephine, Klamath, Linn, Tillamook, Washington, Jefferson, and Lane Counties.

Third Grade teacher Edward Nichols from North Bay Elementary in North Bend on the South Coast shared about www.instructables.com and how he has used this resource in his classroom and in his makerspace.

Zach Knapp from Vale Middle School in Malheur County presents about using the ESD makerspace materials and engaging students in making during summer school.

Clicko on the image below for the recording of Jennifer Callahan (1st Grade Teacher in Terrebonne in Central Oregon).  The presentation includes amny pictures of her students and provides ideas for using everything from a box of popsicle sticks to coding. Jennifer provides concrete examples for organizing and managing the makers in her makerspace.
