Meet the Team

Behind every RSA classroom, rehearsal, performance, trip, and special event is a dedicated team of professionals working to ensure our students and teachers have the resources and support they need to succeed.

RSA’s Support Staff includes specialized arts assistants, musical accompanists, program operations staff, and program leadership who work collaboratively across our disciplines. Their contributions range from providing individualized musical and instructional support to coordinating budgets, purchasing, contracts, payroll, transportation, events, communications, and the countless logistical details required to operate a large and active arts program.

Much of this work happens behind the scenes, but its impact can be seen everywhere. By removing barriers, solving problems, supporting instruction, and creating the infrastructure that allows ambitious artistic work to happen, our Support Staff helps turn ideas into opportunities—and opportunities into extraordinary experiences for RSA students.
