Congratulations on getting this far!!! You are a newly promoted Interceptor. By now, you should already be familiar with the handbooks and what you can and cannot do. Command expects highly of Interceptors as they have spent a large amount of time within the division and you should know the rules. You are almost at the highest rank excluding mentor. Below are your new roles and responsibilities.
As an interceptor, you will have a great understanding of the division and have good communication and driving skills. You are expected to take the lead in pursuits and help people where possible. Reducing criminal use of the roads is a target that Interceptors must aim for. You are expected to help the lower ranks where possible and you are expected to maintain the high standards of a member of the Roads Policing Unit.
Being an Interceptor comes with these new perks:
You get a new outfit.
You can become Speed Gun trained.
To progress to the rank of Senior Interceptor you must have great communications and have good skills on the road. You must have good activity and have spent 2-3 weeks with above minimum hours (5). Senior interceptors have a large amount of responsibility and rewards so they are only picked by command. Senior interceptors are also the highest rank excluding mentors.
