Tullë is an enigma.
A Viël in his early twenties, Tullë is the persona of an Illusionist who was personally blessed by the Patrons in the womb to be incredibly strong. As such, Tullë can create mass illusions; such as changing his appearance in front of thousands of people or hiding whole properties from view. His power will continue to increase as time goes on.
Nobody knows what Tullë looks like, not even his parents (who he left when he was young) due to the illusions he maintains every day. All they know is that he is male, around 25, and probably a brunette. Thanks to his parents showing him off as a child, Tullë suffers from self-esteem issues and a deepseated sense of guilt that makes him constantly push himself further in his abilities, lest someone looking at him feel disappointed with what they see.
His public character is bright and calm, as he acts as an advisor to Queen Fëren, but he is extremely introverted and withdraws to his quarters or concealed cottage when able. He lives in a state of exhaustion. It is assumed he never quite sleeps - maintaining his illusion of appearance at a basic level at all times.
Tullë usually hides his tail and forehead gem. Sometimes he takes a fully female form. He is able to mentally trick people into ignoring these 'hidden' (invisible) parts if they are brushed against.
