Where older girls step into authorship

A mentorship-based circle for older girls as they begin to navigate independence, identity, and self-direction. Through guided support and real-life experience, they learn to take ownership of their ideas, build with intention, and develop trust in their own rhythm.

This is a space for growth, leadership, and self-discovery… without pressure, and with guidance.

Where mothers return to themselves

This space exists because we saw the pattern clearly-children grow when their mothers are supported. Not managed. Not fixed. Supported. Desert Lilies is not a typical “mom group.” There’s no expectation to perform connection.

Instead, it holds space for:

• honest conversation without surface-level filters

• emotional processing that isn’t rushed

• reconnecting with identity outside of responsibility

• communication that actually creates change

Some gatherings are quiet. Some are deep. Some feel light… but still carry something underneath. What matters is that it’s real.

And over time, that shifts everything within the home, within relationships, within how we lead.
