After School Practice Days:
Mondays- Woodwind Practice
Tuesdays- Brass Practice
Thursdays- Percussion Practice
- All students will be required to attend at least two practice sessions per quarter. This is to work on band music, playing assessment music, or anything else. Students are welcome to attend any of the practice days, but Mrs. Ayer will be playing/focusing on the instruments listed above on the specific days.
- All practice sessions are between 2:00-3:00 pm on each day listed, unless noted by Mrs. Ayer
- These practice days give students the opportunity to work one on one or in small groups with Mrs. Ayer to get individualized instruction, and guidance to continue growth on his or her individual instrument.

November 26th, Full Band, 6:00-8:00 pm
December 12th, Full Band (Dress) 6:00-9:00 pm

- Full band rehearsals are mandatory for all students. This is where we will bring our two classes together and rehearse as a single band.
- Students must submit excused absences at least 24 hours in advance in writing.
- Students failing to submit an excused absence in the appropriate amount of time will not be granted credit for the rehearsal, and it will negatively affect his/her grade.
- Excused absences include sickness, death in the family, field trips, sports commitment, other extenuating circumstances must be discussed with Mrs. Ayer as soon as possible, and written notice is still necessary. 24 hour prior when possible.
