All projects must be registered online in order to compete
This year’s fair will open for pre-judging on Friday, January 19, 2024, and remain open for judging for 7 days. On the final day of the event, January 26, 2024, students will present and defend their work at a traditional style fair.

Deadline for Fair Directors to submit finalist's ISEF Paperwork
Fair Directors should submit their finalist's completed ISEF paperwork to the RRSEF Fair Director.

*All students advancing to the fair that have outstanding RRSEF applications will be notified that their applications are tardy. Students will be notified that if their application is not received by the end of the day on Sunday, January 14, 2024 that they WILL NOT BE PART OF THE FAIR.
**RMSST students advancing to the fair that have outstanding RRSEF applications will be notified through their Research Teacher that their applications are tardy.

Pre-Judging Opens!
*As a reminder, no materials may be submitted/added after the fair opens. Students will not be involved in live sessions on this day, however, expert judges will be reviewing and providing feedback via the online platform Rocket Judge.

8:00 AM-3:30 PM - Project set-up for the Senior Division.

12:30 PM - Judge Arrival & Lunch
*Judges are asked to arrive at 12:30pm and report to the Learning Commons at Rockdale Magnet School for Science and Technology. Lunch will be served followed by a judge’s meeting that will begin at 1:00pm.

1:30 PM - In-Person Presentations
On the final day of the event, January 26, 2024, students will present and defend their work at a traditional style fair held at the Rockdale Magnet School for Science and Technology. Students should bring their display boards and other presentation materials with them when they arrive to compete.
