Our day labor program allows local residents and businesses to hire our guests to work for a reasonable wage. If the work schedule calls for missing lunch (noon) at RAM, we ask that our guests be provided with lunch in addition to their daily wage. More information here.
VAReady Initiative: partners with FastForward and additional partners (such as Sentara College of Health Sciences) to provide subsidized job training and a $1,000 award to those who receive their credentials. Business partners also offer resources and employment opportunities.
