Scout Mayors

Scout Mayor is a librarian in the Children’s Department of Parkway Central, the Free Library of Philadelphia’s main branch. She holds a Master’s degree in Information and Library Sciences from Drexel University and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College.
