The PTC sets up class WhatsApp groups for each class so that parents and carers can share information relating to their class and support each other.

WhatsApp does not replace WEDUC as a school communications tool and all parents are reminded that any concerns relating to their child / children or the school should be directed to the school through WEDUC or via the school office.

We kindly ask all parents and carers on WhatsApp to refrain from inappropriate posts and language and personal or private information relating to school.

These groups are a real asset to the school family, providing comradery, peer support, help and information, and we thank you for your help in keeping them a useful and valuable means of positive communication.

Points to note:

Your phone number will be visible to other members of the WhatsApp group related to your class

Your contact details will only be used for school related matters

You can take yourself out of the WhatsApp at any time.
