Talgian Riolu 

Description

Talgian Riolu is a bipedal, canine-like Pokémon with blue-ish grey fur. It possesses ice spikes on the backs of its wrists. It has orange eyes, a somewhat-short snout, and small tufts of fur sprouting out from its ears, wrists, and ankles. A tufted mane rests on its neck, and lighter colored stripes wrap around its lower legs. On its hands and feet, each paw ends in sharp white claws, which it uses in battle to slice at Opponents. In Riolu's mouth, a single sharp fang extends below the upper jaw, giving it a mischievous appearance. 

Pokédex:

 Talgian Riolu are just pranksters in disguise. They often hide within snowy terrain, playing together or pranking Pokémon that pass by their territory. They have a strong sense for the truth and often stick close to those they deem trustworthy.

Trivia:

- Talgian Riolu possesses a very wolf-like demeanor, often seen howling or barking.

- Its shiny form is inspired by black ice.
