I am a doctoral student in the Department of Electronic Systems Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. My current thesis work is concentrated on the development of beta-Gallium Oxide vertical diodes and normally OFF vertical transistors. Given its inherent material properties of wide bandgap and large breakdown voltage, beta-Gallium Oxide has immense potential for use in high-power electronics. For details of my doctoral thesis work, refer to the Research Work tab. Prior to joining IISc, I had done my Master's and Bachelor's in electrical engineering from IIT Kanpur.
Thesis Work - Performance-Reliability Co-design of Gallium Oxide Vertical Diodes and Normally OFF Transistors
Specialization - Microelectronics and VLSI
