Chelsea Liu is an Associate Professor at The University of Adelaide (Australia) and has held a position as a Visiting Assistant Professor in Finance at the Michael G. Foster School of Business, University of Washington. Chelsea is an Associate Editor of the Australian Journal of Management. Chelsea’s research has been published in leading academic journals in finance and law, including the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Empirical Legal Studies. Chelsea’s research in sustainability, corporate misconduct and litigation, and corporate governance benefits from her industry qualification as a solicitor and barrister in the High Court of Australia and her experience of working in commercial law firms prior to joining academia. Silvio Vismara is Professor of Entrepreneurial Finance at the University of Bergamo (Italy). He is Research Fellow at Indiana University (USA) and has held visiting appointments at the University of Ghent (Belgium), University of Augsburg (Germany), Manchester Business School (UK), Cass Business School (UK), University of Florida (USA), University of La Laguna (Spain), among others.
Silvio is Editor of Small Business Economics, Associate Editor of the Financial Review, of the Journal of Technology Transfer, of the Management Review Quarterly, and editorial board member of Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, of Corporate Governance: An International Review, of Venture Capital, and of Journal of Industrial and Business Economics. The research activity of Silvio Vismara has benefited from his experience as a scientific consultant for the Italian Stock Exchange, as a member of the board of directors of the University of Bergamo, as well as a founder of its first academic spin-off company (Universoft).
