Within this concluding section of the tool, two steps are addressed, emergency management (step 10), and coordination and communication (step 11). These steps are intended to include the protocols to share information between actors and the procedures to follow in case of accidents and emergencies.

Stored in a Google Drive folder that the user created at the beginning of using “ReTo” and shared access to it with all the stakeholders.

This way all actors involved can access the information of their WRRMP in real time from any location and have updated information, conduct real-time monitoring, data sharing, collaboration features, and communication.
