The approach to assessing risks in water reuse systems can involve both qualitative and quantitative/semi-quantitative methods, with guidance provided by various published standards and guidelines such as the 2016 WHO guidelines, ISO 20426:2018 standard, and FAO and WHO 2019 guidelines.
While qualitative methods are applicable and follow established guidelines, quantitative and semi-quantitative methods, as outlined in Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2020/741, should be utilized if sufficient data are available for the specific geographical area or if the project poses a significant risk to the environment or public health.
Within this tool, 2 options are outlined:
1- Semi-quantitative risk assessment when water quality data is available.
2- Qualitative assessment when No data is available.

To use this section you need:
DATA all historical information of water quality/measurements concerning the current settings of the water reuse system.
KNOW AND UNDERSTAND the water reuse system in place (including the waste water treatment plant)
STANDARDS OR LIMITS that establish the water quality for your system
THE AGRICULTURAL USE (if any)
ANSWER some YES/NO questions
