This workshop is designed for chairpersons and members of Capital District Staff/Parish Relations Committees. Facilitated by Capital District Superintendent Rev. Teresa Welborn, those attending will learn more about their important role in the life of the congregation, hear of key priorities and functions of the committee, and share with one another best practices.

Rev. Teresa G. Welborn is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church and is currently appointed as a District Superintendent assigned to the Capital District. She is inspired by the mission-minded focus of churches in the Capital District and sees her role as resourcing, supporting, and encouraging local churches and clergy. In her 18 years of ministry, Teresa has served in rural and urban setting and as associate and solo pastor.
