Check Ins

Check-Ins is a vital aspect of your role, providing a dedicated time for one-on-one interactions with each of your residents. These Check-Ins are an opportunity to connect personally, discuss how life and school have been going, and offer support as needed. They will take place during weeks 2-6, weeks 8-12, and again during Finals week. Through these conversations, you can gauge the well-being of your residents, address any concerns, and help them navigate challenges. Your attentive and supportive presence during these Check-Ins contributes significantly to fostering a caring and responsive community.
