Go to noctrl.erezlife.com 

Log in with your North Central College credentials 

Select “Residence Management” in the upper-left hand corner 

Click “Room Condition” button 

Under “Room Condition”, click “Inventory Assessment”  

Select campus area of where the residence hall is located  

Select residence hall of the room that you are going to assess 

Click on the floor that the room is located on  

When number appears, click “Assess” on the right side of the button 

Assess each item listed on the “Room Condition Report” 

Under “Rating”, select appropriate rating for the condition of the item 

Under “Recommended Action”, select recommended action 

If no action is needed, click “No action needed” 

Under “Comment”, document anything that is out of ordinary 

If the item is in good condition, leave blank 

Under “Photos”, click “Browse”, and follow “Take Photo” option 

Take a clear and close-up photograph of any damages observed 

If the item is in good condition, the photo is still required  

When finished, click “Add Assessment”, and wait for it to upload on eRezLife
