Join us as we embark on a day of katas and kicks! Children and adults, white to black belt, all Cuong Nhu students are invited to participate. Students of all levels can tailor the Kata-A-Thon challenges to themselves, completing up to 100 katas or 500 kicks. There are 11 rounds of katas, each featuring one lower and one higher level kata. Children in the Pre-Karate class and kids below yellow belt can join up to 5 rounds of the Kick Challenge.
Following each round there is an advanced Showcase Performance; these not-to-be-missed instructor performances will include weapons, animal styles, and soft style.
We will wrap up the day with a community potluck. Unwind and enjoy the camaraderie of families, friends, and participants alike.
