After a very good sleep in the tent, we got up at 8:30 and had breakfast.
After packing up and fixing another puncture on my bike, we set off at 11:00.
The route took us through Walsingham and we stopped to see the shrine. It was definitely a highlight of the trip and I loved the village. We even went through a parade of priests and monks singing and marching along. It was very nice to see.
We stopped at the shop to buy some supplies and then continued cycling. Unfortunately, we didn't go through the ford (below) because it was too deep and we had to keep our luggage dry.
At 14:00, we had lunch in a church courtyard.
We then carried on cycling until we got to Holt and had to stop at a café because it started raining heavily. I ate an 'energy ball' there and then we continued our journey when the rain stopped a bit.
It then continued to rain so we quickly cycled to Sheringham to get to the youth hostel (YHA Sherringham).
When we got there, we unpacked and had fish and chips for dinner, which was very nice.
Finally, we went to bed at 21:00 in the Hostel.
