Wellness Together Canada & PocketWell App
Wellness Together provides free online resources, tools, apps, and connections to trained volunteers and qualified mental health professionals when needed. Pocketwell is a free companion app to the WTC online portal that provides another way to help access mental health supports. PocketWell also connects to the WTC portal allowing access to free and confidential sessions with social workers, psychologists, and other professionals.
