Ready, Set, Go Information Package 

This guide is intended to provide you with some basic information on supports and services available to you as you transition from care and are supported by your FACS worker and Youth in Transition Workers through your Ready Set Go Agreement. We encourage you to reach out to your workers to assist you with accessing supports and services.  You are also encouraged to attend our weekly youth drop in! 

This information package includes current supports and services that are available to youth when they leave care. Please see the tabs at the top of the page to navigate the various topics in this package, a search function is also available and can be located at the top right of this page.
