Practice Details
Practices start Tuesday, November 4!!! Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30pm – 7:15pm: Rugby Skills + Strength & Conditioning @Proteus Athlete
Mondays 3:50-4:45pm: Film
Wednesday 4:00-5:30pm: Field practice
Registration Steps - Must complete all steps!
Step 1: Provide player's jersey and shorts sizes using this form.
Step 2: Submit $400 RBHS rugby club dues, which helps our 100% self-funded club cover uniforms, gear, tournament dues, and all Proteus skills training/strength/conditioning sessions.
3 payment options:
Check for $400 made out to 'RBHS Foundation' and in the memo, add Boys Rugby - YOUR PLAYER'S FULL NAME. <-- Do not forget to include this in the memo or the payment may not attributed to your player. Give the check to our club Treasurer, Drew Coats.
Paypal $415 using this link. and in the "Write a note section", add YOUR PLAYER'S FULL NAME. <-- Do not forget to include this or the payment may not attributed to your player. (The additional fee covers the service fee Paypal charges us.)
*Please email rbhsboysrugby@gmail.com a copy of your Paypal receipt so we know you sent it in!*
Cash $400: Deliver to Coach Mike Marshall or a Team Admin (Bianca Marshall or Karyn Vuong) who can deposit it for you.
Step 3: Click here to register with USA Rugby. If you have an existing account, log in. If you don’t, you will need to create one.

Note there is a $40 fee for USA Rugby registration.
Note: You may need to search for "Rancho Bernardo HS" if prompted.
Step 4: Click here to register a Person with the League and Club. If you have an existing account, log in. If you don’t, you will need to create one.
Click on "My Registrations" and scroll down until you see "Registering as a Player"
Select your player's name under "2026 Player". Fill out player's information and waivers.
Note there is a $50 fee for the MatchFacts registration.
Note: There may be a small glitch requiring you to uncheck and recheck the box indicating you completed your USA Rugby registration already.
Step 5: Sign Proteus waiver here.
