GEAR UP. REPRESENT RB.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

Mouth guard – A well-fitting mouth guard which allows the player to speak with the mouth guard in place. There are a variety of choices from off the shelf to custom fitted (no pacifier mouthguards or attached straps). Good idea to have an extra.

Cleats – There are rugby specific cleats available on worldrugbyshop.com (use CPR20 for 20% off).

Soccer or football cleats also work. Most fields used are turf. No baseball cleats with metal blades.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

Scrum Cap – for added level of head protection, must meet USAR standard.
