Practice Details & Schedule

Regular season practices start in December (after football season ends). 

• Mondays 3:50-4:45pm: Film @RBHS Room E10 (Coach McCoy's room)

  • When you enter the school, turn right, then turn right again. It’s the 2nd closest classroom to the entrance.

• Tuesday/Thursday 4:30pm – 7:15pm: Rugby Skills + Strength & Conditioning @Proteus Athlete

• Wednesday 3:50-4:50pm: Field practice @Meadowbrook Middle School

***Future Wednesday field practices may be at different field***
