The UKRI CDT in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Advanced Computing provides 4-year, fully funded PhD opportunities across the broad areas of particle physics and astronomy, biological and health, and mathematical and computer sciences. The RBGO group currently hosts 3 AIMLAC-funded PhD students.

The South West Biosciences Doctoral Training Partnership (SWBio DTP) is led by the University of Bristol with many partners including Swansea University. SWBio aims to provide students with excellent cross-disciplinary research training.
