Over the years, we have installed many conservation practices to keep the soil valuable and nutrients in place to grow the forage which nourishes our livestock.


Freezer Beef is only offered at certain times of the year.

Beef

Cattle will hang approximately two weeks until cutting, wrapping, and freezing.  The aging of a carcass in this way allows the flavors of the meat to intensify to bring you a greater eating experience.  You can choose how you want it cut (thickness of steaks, size of roasts, etc…).  You will be responsible for picking up and transporting your complete order from the processing facility.  We require a $100, non refundable, deposit per quarter up front when you place your order.  The remainder of your invoice would be due no later than one week before Rawlings Farm delivers the animal to the processing facility.  The cutting, wrapping, and freezing fees are additional and will need to be paid directly to the processor when picking up your order.

Beef Pricing

Quarter  $650    Approximately 125-140 pounds of meat

Half  $1,300    Approximately 250-280 pounds of meat

Whole  $2,500    Approximately 500-560 pounds of meat
