PRE-SEASON CONDITIONING, SPEED, AGILITY STRENGTH, AND TECHNICAL TRAINING
It is critical to the success of any athletic team for players to be committed to off season and pre-season speed, agility, power/strength, technical training. Highly competitive teams do it.
Our team may not always be the most skilled or technically sound in comparison to some of our opponents, but the heart, desire, and a commitment to excellence along with fast, agile, and strong players that are in great shape can bridge the gap with those teams that may have athletes that have superior technical skills.
Players must be athletic and in shape to perform in such a highly competitive sport, and what they do in the off-season and pre-season will dictate how well they perform on the field during the season.
We will spend quite a bit of time showing players how to stretch properly and we will implement a series of ACL stretches and core strengthening exercises.

OPTIONAL PRE-SEASON CONDITIONING, STRENGTH, & TECHNICAL TRAINING
To help players prepare for tryouts and the season, the coaching staff will be offering optional pre-season conditioning/training sessions from May 27 - June 24.

When: Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Who: 2025-26' Incoming 7th Grade Student-Athletes & Older
Time: 6-8p
Location: Turf Soccer Field

UPPER BODY STRENGTH TRAINING
When: Every Tuesday & Thursday
Who: 2025-26' Incoming 7th Grade Student-Athletes & Older
Dates: May 27 - June 24
Time: 6-7p
Location: Ryle weight room located by the small gym, near the baseball field.

OPTIONAL: Pre-Tryout Practices {Thu July 10 - Fri July 11; 5-7p}
Players are strongly encouraged to attend these two practices to prepare for tryouts.
