QuizBowl PRO Desktop Version is for Windows 10/11. If your organization does not use this technology, then you will want to use QuizBowl PRO Online.
QuizBowl PRO Online works best through the Google Chrome browser.

Get your rosters entered first.
If each player is bringing their own device as the buzzer, have them adjust their screen timeout settings so they don't drop out of the match by accident. Also, have them do a connection test to make sure they are able to connect.
Conduct a ring-in test before each match to ensure the right person is being recognized when they ring in.
If playing online, use a headset to cut down on background noise.
When the match is completed, be sure to click on "END MATCH" to finalize the scoring.

Only one person at a time should be operating the app - this means only one person should be logged into QuizBowl PRO Online as the host.
Don't host and play on the same device. You can simulate player ring-ins by clicking on their name (Online App), or clicking on their buzzer number (Desktop App)
Don't give out your account credentials to anyone. Generic logins are available for group subscribers only to make accessing your account easier.
If you need to edit a player name, remove them from the match first (Online App), then make the change in the teams page or the Roster Setup (Desktop App).
