Ordering from our company:
If you would like to proceed with an order, we need the following information to make the transaction go smoothly:
Your address and your shipping address (if different)
A purchase order or a credit card purchase upon receiving the invoice
The valid email of the person doing the downloading and installing of the software of QuizBowl PRO Match Manager, or the email address(es) of the users of QuizBowl PRO Online.
Tax exempt document for organizations that have that status
We will provide a copy of our company's W9 form with each estimate, order, or at your request. For returning Slam-In/QuizBowl Systems Customers, please note the company is under new onwership as of December 2023.
Estmiates and invoices are processed through QuickBooks. Be sure to check your spam filter if you are expecting one of these documents from our company.
BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:
Quiz Bowl Cowboys LLC has a no return, no refund policy. All sales of software and hardware components are final and not eligible for return or refund.
Affordable Buzzers offers a two (2) year warranty on NEW hardware components that are used with Quiz Bowl Pro Match Manager software (both desktop and online). Should you encounter difficulties with the hardware, please contact us at info@quizbowlsystems.com. We may ask you to do some troubleshooting before we begin the process of replacing components.
Systems that are sold as "refurbished" are sold as is and have no warranty.
Warranty Replacement Procedure:
We will send an appropriate replacement for your system which will be tested prior to shipment. The replacement may be a refurbished component/system. We will provide you with the ship date and tracking number of the shipment via email.
You are responsible for returning the defective parts to Quiz Bowl Cowboys LLC within thirty (30) days of the ship date of the replacement at your cost; it is recommended that you use the same box and packaging in which the replacement arrives.
If the defective components are not received within thirty (30) days of the ship date of the replacement, we will issue an invoice for the retail cost of the replacement plus shipping ($25 minimum). This may include any cases or/and receivers that were part of a replacement.
The software is sold "as is" with no express or implied warranty. Customers are responsible for securing updates to the software when communicated via email and for using the software as sold under our Terms & Conditions (see below).
The desktop Match Manager software runs on Windows 10/11 machines only and the user requires read/write access to the folder to which the software is downloaded. If the computer that you wish to run the software on is managed by an IT department, contact them for support on how to get the software downloaded. Customers who purchase an automatic subscription renewal can cancel their subscription by logging into their account at quizbowlsystems.com and turning off "auto-renew" under their account settings. We are not responsible for a failure to cancel a subscription. If you are having difficulty cancelling a subscription, contact us at info@quizbowlsystems.com as soon as you become aware of difficulty.
