Q- What is a Leo club?

A- It is a youth club that services those in need in and around our community

Q- Why did you decide to start it?

A-  After having done a lot of volunteer work in the past, through schools and organizations, We saw how happy we made people, and it just motivated us to do more. 

Q- Do we work with kids?

A- Yes, we work with anyone that needs help.

Q- When will the club start?

A- When we have gotten the minimum amount of members (20) we need to officially register the club. 

Q-Do you get service hours out of it?

A-Yes

Q- Where would the club meet-up?

A- Whichever location is more convenient for all its members. Or over Zoom if you cannot attend in person.

Q- What’s the club about?

A- Servicing our community and those in it, making the world a better place to the best of our own limited abilities.

Q- Who else (that I know) is doing it? How many people are in the club1?

A- Contact for more.

Q- Are there starting charges for joining?

A- No

Q- Is it a 501c non-profit organization?

A- We are a non-profit organization. As of now, we are not a 501c organization, but we are working to make that happen.

Q- Is it tax deductible?

A- No

Q- Is it just for Saratoga High?

A- No, there’s another Leo club for Saratoga High School. We’re going to be separate from them.

Q- Do I get anything?

A- You get leadership experience, volunteer hours, countless opportunities, and friends. Each originating member (i.e. first 20) will get a Leo Lapel Pin.
