PBF Small Groups are a time to deeply examine the scriptures and discuss truth as it relates to God, oneself, and the world. We have our Bible studies in the evenings on every weekday except Thursday (because we have PBF!). Some of our Bible studies are on-campus, and some are at the homes of PBF sponsors off-campus. Each semester, we have a study series that we progress through weekly. Students read the weekly scripture and observe any supplementary resources, then studies go through a set of thought provoking discussion questions during the study time. After the study time, everyone shares prayer requests and a group prayer time occurs. Finally, guys and gals split up to have more bonding and discussion time. This structure is what the majority of PBF Bible studies do, but each study is unique in how it is ran.
Example Structure:
Group Study Time: 80 minutes
Prayer Time: 10 minutes
Group Discussion Time: 30 minutes
