Romans Road To Salvation

The Romans road is an evangelism framework that describes the way that a person can be saved. It is a clever play on words referencing the actual Roman road system, which was a monumental technological feat that was created near and during the life of Jesus. While the literal Roman road system served to efficiently bring people to the destination they are intended to go to, the Biblical Roman's road is meant to efficiently inform people on how to be reconciled to Christ. As an evangelist, having this sequence of verses memorized and well understood is an excellent way to be prepared to share the Gospel.

1. Romans 3:23 - "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,"

2. Romans 6:23 - "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

3. Romans 5:8 - "but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

4. Romans 10:9-10 - "because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

5. Romans 10:13 - "For 'everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.'"
