Once I felt comfortable with  divergent peoblems I wanted to focus on the following:

1. Knwoledge - what is relation of uncertainty to the ability to improvise, what are the advanteges of improvising in the VUCA world

2. Skills: Connect socially  Engage in a supportive network Apply communication skills Deal with open-ended problems 

3. Attitude: Be willing to say yes and... be mindful to unfolding situations, aknowlegde vulnerability and interdependece on a trusted team
