Narrative reflection
What took place? What was said? Who was involved? Objective and factual description
It was a lind of design thinking process but without empathy part, The group ideated, tried the solutions but then had to adapt to new circumntances by switching the roles, dealing with limited resources etc.
Emotional reflection
How did you feel? How did you manage your emotions (e.g., nervousness, anxiety)?
I got nervous and panicked a little bit. I felt anxious …
Perceptive reflection
Your perceptions and reactions, perceptions, and reactions of others.
How did different viewpoints, needs or preferences affect the experience?
I started sweating, my palms felt wet. I talked to my side mate who calmed me down and said I would be fine. It helped and made me relax, think, and focus on the task.
Analytical reflection
Analyze the situation by thinking of the skills and knowledge you gained from the experience. Analyze if anything you have learned relates to anything you have heard about before.
I survived! The others responded with encouragement, everyone was busy with their own sentence, so no one really noticed mine, and it wasn´t that dangerous. I don't remember anything. I learned that if I just calm down, I can do it. I learned something about different ways og expressing courage. also learned what I think courage is. I saw myself as brave, yes!!
Evaluative reflection
Evaluate the experience: What went well and what seemed to go badly. Was the experience positive, negative, useful, helpful?
Useful exercise, I learned that courage is different from person to person, that you can only remember your own sentence afterwards, it was good/healthy for me to be pushed because I found out that I could do it.
Critical reflection
Consider the part you played and the approach you tool. What else might you have done? What else might you have done? What have you learned from the experience? What questions do you have? What do you need to consider?
My instinctive nervous reaction initially blocked a positive experience. Next time I will try to be more rational in my approach. I learned that others feel the same way, no one focuses particularly on me, but mostly themselves.

1) How do you feel? Before, during and after the exercise?
I felt very excited, mostly safe with the group and activity itself. I was under the general feeling of enthusiasm , emotions were infectious and somehow collective
2) How challenging was it to acknowledge uncertainty in such an exercise?
Everybody understood that this is a divergent task so there is no pressure on specific standard, creativity is subjective and never guaranteed like telling a joke and humor in general.
3) What was your team response to the first/second plague? How can you improve your team’s response? What is helping you in your team response? What was difficult in giving a response to the plague?
Each time we used brainstorming. Then we selected the best solutions, At some point we understood each other almost without words. It was a great experience of shared responsibility and supporting each other taking over nay task and role. It was highly liberating
4) What benefits can you see from experiencing such plagues?
I see the benefit in knowing how team can operate with high solidarity, task orientation and role dinamics
