User research coordinator
Responsible for reaching out to potential user research persons for interviews and fieldwork and to coordinate such activities with the teams of the other school(s)) to optimize user research as a full global team

Liason, Resource & Logistics coordinator
Main contact with liaison, responsible for local buying and finances, but also the global effort at using resources wisely and coordinating buying.

Information and prototyping coordinator

The coordinators are responsible for preparing the document but also for coordinating prototyping efforts.
