Our research aims to strengthen understanding of how public libraries contribute to inclusive and socially and culturally sustainable communities. We examine the roles libraries play in their local contexts, assess the impact of related initiatives on staff and institutions, and incorporate community perspectives to inform responsive and relevant library services.
