This project develops a practical toolbox to support libraries in their work with recently arrived immigrants and refugees. Through collaborative workshops with library professionals and community organizations, the project will identify key considerations for designing inclusive, trust-building, and culturally responsive services.
Drawing on insights from the PubLIB research project, the toolbox will offer adaptable methods and prompts that help libraries build relationships, facilitate meaningful participation, and create welcoming community spaces. The final resource will be grounded in professional practice and shaped through dialogue with practitioners.
