321 Insight - Staff PD Plan

The end of this school year is quickly approaching...let's make the most of it! Let's keep our active minds engaged, busy, and focused on something meaningful: trauma-informed care and resilience. These are such important concepts given the stress we (and our students and families) have endured over the past few months. A great resource in these areas is 321 Insight. Southern Oregon ESD has purchased licences for each of us to hone our skills and learn together. Thank you SOESD!

To learn more about resilience and trauma informed care, follow these steps:

3. Read summary for that video

4. Take the quiz for that video

5. Write a quick paragraph describing 1-3 ways you will implement the ideas next school year: “To apply what I’ve learned, next year……”. Keep the paragraph somewhere safe so that you can refer to it next year.

6. If you have the opportunity, share what you've learned with others. ☺
